- Ensure proper and timely organization of contractor selection and tenders, analysis, comparison, systematization of received proposals, submission of conclusions, comments in accordance with the established deadlines;
- Execute control of the procurement plan;
- Participate in the preparation of the project budget;
- Conduct negotiations with contractors, ensure the search for rational, optimal and economical solutions;
- Conduct contracts, ensure proper fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- Ensure the collection of documentation and attachments required for the conclusion of contracts (certificates, orders, guarantees, etc.);
- Coordinate and agree on the schedule for the supply of construction materials and equipment with the project manager;
- Ensure the correct information on the acts of work performed by contractors, final acts, invoices compared with the quantities, prices and other information provided for in the contract.
👤 Requirements
- Education in the field of construction/engineering;
- At least 2 years of work experience as a construction/project engineer;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Computer skills (MS Office programs);
- Analytical thinking, insight, very good information management skills;
- Ability to manage stressful and non-standard situations.
