UAB "Kalvasta Statyba" invites a responsible and organized project engineer to join its team in Vilnius. In this position, you will be responsible for the preparation and administration of project documentation, calculation of quantities of materials and work, cooperation with the client, subcontractors and the project team, and the smooth progress of the construction project.
Your main tasks will be:
- Analyze design and technical documentation, calculate quantities of materials and work;
- Organize and select subcontractors, prepare contracts and administer related documentation;
- Prepare estimates of additional work, certificates of work performed and other project documents;
- Fill in construction logs, prepare reports and ensure orderly administration of project documentation;
- Participate in planning the progress of the project, cooperate with the project team, customer, subcontractors and technical maintenance representatives.
We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education in construction, engineering or a similar field;
- You have experience in the construction field;
- You know how to read projects, drawings and technical documentation;
- You are familiar with construction processes and basic legislation regulating construction;
- You work well with MS Office programs and AutoCAD;
- You are able to think analytically, plan your work and work in a team.
