PROJECT ENGINEER

UAB "Kresta" - a road, street, engineering network and infrastructure construction company - invites a project engineer to join the team.
We are looking for someone who, together with project and work managers, would take care of the documentation of ongoing objects, the recording of completed works and the smooth handover of objects.

Filling and maintenance of construction work logs;
Preparation of F2/F3 acts of completed works;
Collection and verification of quantities of completed works;
Control of bills of quantities (BQL) and balances;
Recording of additional work quantities and documentation;
Working with AutoCAD - review of drawings, calculation of quantities, measurements and simple correction of drawings;
Analysis of design and technical documentation;
Administration of execution documentation;
Collection of material declarations, certificates and other necessary documents;
Preparation of documents for the handover of objects;
Communication with the project manager, work managers, technical maintenance and customer representatives;
Assistance in resolving technical and documentation issues in the objects under construction.

Higher or higher education in the field of construction / engineering;
Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation;
AutoCAD skills;
Good Excel and Word skills;
Diligence, responsibility and the ability to independently organize one's work;
Ability to simultaneously maintain documentation for several objects;

Advantage - experience in the construction of roads, streets or engineering networks, work registration, filling out construction work logs and preparing documentation for the delivery of objects.

1,800–2,800 € salary in hand, depending on experience and competencies;
