UAB "Kalvasta Statyba" invites a responsible and organized project engineer to join its team in Vilnius. In this position, you will be responsible for the preparation and administration of project documentation, calculation of quantities of materials and work, cooperation with the client, subcontractors and the project team, and the smooth progress of the construction project.
Your main tasks will be:
- Analyze design and technical documentation, calculate quantities of materials and work;
- Participate in the selection of subcontractors, analyze and compare their proposals, prepare documentation related to subcontracting;
- Check the acts, quantities and prices of work performed by subcontractors;
- Prepare estimates of additional work, acts of work performed and other project documents;
- Fill in construction logs, prepare reports and ensure orderly administration of project documentation;
- Assist the project manager in planning and coordinating the progress of the project;
- Cooperate with the project team, customer, subcontractors and technical maintenance representatives.

- You have a university or higher education in the field of construction, engineering;
- You have work experience in the field of construction;
- You know how to read projects, drawings and technical documentation;
- You know the basic construction processes;
- You work well with MS Office programs and AutoCAD;
- You are able to think analytically, plan your work and work in a team.
