A real estate development and management company invites you to join the team of PROJECT ENGINEERS. Join our team and contribute to the development of real estate projects together with experts in this field - "Galio Group", which has been creating life-enriching spaces for 20 years. In this position, you will control construction work, coordinate the search for contractors and oversee defect removal and project implementation.
Nature of work
- Working in a team with a construction project manager in implementing real estate projects;
- Participating in planning construction work and preparing tender materials;
- Searching for contractors, conducting negotiations on price, terms and scope of work;
- Analysis of prices for materials and contract work;
- Coordination and control of construction project participants, resolving issues;
- Calculation of quantities of materials and work;
- Managing construction documents;
- Preparation and revision of design and execution documentation;
- Supervision of construction defects in the final stage of construction;
- Participating in accepting the results of the work from the contractor;
- Handing over apartments to buyers.
What do we expect
- Higher education in the field of construction / engineering;
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of project implementation;
- Knowledge of construction technical processes, construction regulations and project implementation requirements;
- Excellent working skills in AutoCAD, Trimble Connect programs (others are an advantage);
- Good negotiation and communication skills, ability to work in a team;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of English (other languages are an advantage);
- Responsibility, initiative, orientation towards quality and results.

Salary
From 2000 to 2500 EUR (cash on delivery). The salary will depend on your work experience and results and will be further discussed and agreed upon during negotiations with the selected candidate.
