Primary responsibilities
- Preparation, analysis and systematization of technical documentation for construction projects;
- Review, correction and preparation of design drawings using CAD programs;
- Preparation of bills of quantities, technical calculations and commercial proposals;
- Analysis of design solutions and technical specifications;
- Assistance in planning, organizing and coordinating construction work;
- Monitoring the progress of project implementation and technical information;
- Cooperation with project managers, contractors, suppliers and other project participants;
- Collection, processing and presentation of information, ensuring smooth project administration.
Employee requirements
- Ability to work with AutoCAD or other similar CAD program;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Ability to analyze technical information, work with documents and systematize data.
