We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team and help ensure the smooth implementation of construction projects.
In this position, you will be responsible for administering project documentation, coordinating subcontractors, preparing work specifications, estimates and economic calculations, and assisting the project manager in daily project management processes.

Primary responsibilities
- Organization of primary subcontractor tenders and participation in negotiations;
- Analysis and generalization of the information received;
- Administration of the object's documentation in accordance with the procedure established in the company;
- Ensuring the collection and control of subcontractor documents - certificates, orders, guarantees and other documents;
- Verification of the acts of work performed and control of their compliance with the contractual quantities and prices;
- Preparation of acts of work performed for the Customer;
- Preparation of the act plan and control of its implementation;
- Preparation of the subcontract selection plan;
- Preparation of material write-off reports;
- Preparation of additional work estimates;
- Preparation of project economic calculations and reports;
- Preparation of letters to the Customer and subcontractors;
- Administration of project documentation, drawings and other information;
- Organizing and transferring project documentation to the company archive after the completion of the facility;
- Assisting the project manager and team in resolving daily technical and administrative issues;
- Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety requirements;
- Other tasks related to the implementation of the project.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education in construction, engineering or a related field;
- Work experience in construction or project management;
- Ability to work with technical and design documentation;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to analyze information, perform calculations and prepare reports;
- Responsibility, diligence and organization;
- Ability to independently plan your work and meet deadlines;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Willingness to learn, develop and grow with the team.

- 20–30 Eur/hour. remuneration without tax deductions (this amounts to approximately 3348 - 5022 Eur Gross per month), depending on your experience and competence;
