Nature of work
Main responsibilities:
- Organize and manage project implementation, plan the work of the design team and facility personnel;
- Plan and coordinate installation work at the facility, distribute tasks and ensure compliance with the work schedule;
- Manage subordinate employees, control the execution and quality of work;
- Determine the human resources, scope of work and budget costs required for the project, plan and control their use;
- Prepare and manage technical documentation, control incoming and outgoing project documents;
- Control the compliance of installed structures and performed work with technical documentation;
- Coordinate decisions and maintain communication with the client, client representatives and other parties participating in the project;
- Ensure compliance with employee safety, health and fire safety requirements at the facility;
- Monitor the company's production facilities and ensure their accounting in the company's system;
- Analyze project results and prepare project progress and status reports.
Employee requirements
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher or professional technical education in the field of engineering; experience in managing similar projects would be an advantage;
- Experience in the field of installation or construction work management, work planning and team coordination;
- Readiness to regularly go on business trips outside Lithuania;
- Good knowledge of legal acts and regulatory requirements related to the area of responsibility;
- High sense of responsibility, ability to plan and independently organize the work process;
- Ability to work with technical documentation, good skills in working with MS Office and AutoCAD;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English; English is necessary in everyday activities;
- Initiative, goal-oriented and result-oriented;
- Category B driver's license.
