PROJECT AND TEAM COORDINATOR IN KAUNAS

ZoomTV is a television and live broadcast and event technical support company. We work with sports, entertainment, cultural and business events in Lithuania and abroad.

We are looking for someone who will ensure that the teams needed for our projects are properly planned, logistics are organized, and costs related to people and travel are controlled.

This is a position for someone who enjoys planning, organizing, solving problems, and looking for ways to make processes more efficient.

What will you do?

• Plan project filming, live broadcasts, and event technical support teams - cameramen, directors, technicians, and other specialists.
• Maintain smooth communication between team members, help solve everyday situations, and make sure people feel comfortable working together.
• Coordinate the employment of in-house and freelance specialists and their assignment to projects.
• Based on project needs, you will search for new specialists, communicate with candidates, organize their testing, and include them in our team.
• Adjust freelancers' working conditions and rates according to established project budgets.
• I plan project logistics in Lithuania and abroad – transport, flights, hotels and other travel issues.
• I control the team and logistics budget planned for projects, actual costs.
• You will promptly resolve situations when the project plan changes, someone gets sick, cannot come or needs to quickly find another person.
• You will analyze how the work is organized and provide suggestions on how to plan people, logistics, costs and other processes related to this work more effectively.

What do we expect?

We are not looking for someone who will simply carry out assigned tasks. We expect you to see the big picture, be able to plan several steps ahead and make decisions independently within your responsibilities.

We expect that:

• you have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or administration, logistics, event organization, personnel management or other similar work;
• you are very good at planning and managing many different tasks at the same time;
• you are responsible, meticulous when working with numbers, budgets and documents;
• you are able to communicate with very different people and reach agreements;
• you do not get lost in unexpected situations and are able to quickly find a solution;
• you know how to work independently and take responsibility;
• you have good English skills;
• you are looking not only for “how to do it”, but also for “how to do it better”.

Experience in the field of television, event organization, technical service or audiovisual production would be an advantage, but not necessary.
