- Initial self-assessment of new projects
- Analysis of commercial logic and risks of projects
- Preliminary cost estimation
- Scoring system maintenance and development
- Project prioritization
- CRM and pipeline maintenance
- Information collection from clients, partners and internal team
- Preparation of GO / NO-GO recommendations for management
- Coordination of commercial proposals
- Systematization of project and commercial processes
- Preparation of options and recommendations for management
What is expected of the candidate?
- Strong logical and structured thinking
- Ability to quickly understand complex information
- Ability to see not only opportunities, but also risks
- Sense of responsibility and ownership
- Clear communication
- Ability to systematize chaos and prioritize work
- Comfort working with numbers, commercial logic and project evaluation
- Experience in design, construction, real estate development or similar fields is an advantage, but not necessary
