- administer employee employment relations
- organize employee dispatch to projects – orders for tickets, accommodation, work equipment
- timely and complete communication with company employees and customers
Expectations for you:
- work experience in personnel coordination or administration
- ability to work effectively, both individually and together with a project team
- good organizational, planning, communication skills, orientation towards operational efficiency
- good knowledge of Russian and English (MUST be at least B1 level)
- excellent skills in working with MS Office
- communicability and initiative
