We are looking for an organized and proactive team member who would contribute to the successful implementation of international projects. If you enjoy coordinating work, communicating, and solving challenges, here you will find opportunities to develop and gain valuable experience.
NATURE OF WORK:
- Organization of departure, return, accommodation and documents of employees working on foreign projects
- Daily communication with clients, subcontractors and employees, prompt resolution of issues
- Project information entry, account administration, sending documents to customers
- Organization of employee training and certificates, submission of data to responsible departments
- Cooperation with personnel, procurement and transport and accounting departments to ensure smooth implementation of projects
- Project progress planning and coordination, prompt response to changing situations
WE HOPE THAT:
- Have successful experience in project coordination, administration or similar field
- Able to prioritize work, meet deadlines and quickly adapt to changing situations
- Able to independently manage several situations at once
- Have good communication and collaboration skills
- Be meticulous, responsible and organized
- Able to communicate in English and Russian
