We are currently recruiting a PROJECT COORDINATOR(S) to join our team, who will be responsible for organizing projects in foreign countries together with the Project Manager.
We are currently recruiting a PROJECT COORDINATOR(S) to join our team, who will be responsible for organizing projects in foreign countries together with the Project Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring a smooth adaptation process for new employees: providing new employees with relevant information by phone and e-mail, organizing training, issuing work clothes, etc.
- Organizing business trips: planning and reservations for travel, housing, transport;
- Documentation administration: processing contracts, business trips, training and other documents;
- Communication with teams and project managers;
- Assistance in solving daily problems - both for employees and managers;
- Process improvement - contributing to the improvement of internal procedures.
What do we expect from you:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative work;
- Ability to communicate in English and Russian (at least A2-B1 level);
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office;
- Responsibility, independence and initiative;
- Communicative skills, ability to respond quickly and solve problems;
- Experience in organizing business trips or project administration is an advantage;
- Desire to learn, grow and develop together with the company.
