Job description
UAB FIMA - an engineering infrastructure solutions company implementing projects important to the state infrastructure. We invite a project coordinator to join the team - this is a great opportunity to apply existing experience and gain new ones in large-scale strategic projects.
Responsibilities:

- Daily assistance to the project manager in coordinating the project implementation.
- Preparation and administration of project documentation, letters, reports, summaries, etc. documents related to the project implementation process.
- Monitoring and control of project deadlines, obligations and tasks.
- Coordination of communication between the project team, partners and other interested parties.
- Organization of meetings, collection of information, recording of decisions and action plans and control of implementation.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Experience in project coordination, administration or project management.
- Experience in preparing reports, letters, project documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
- Attentiveness, thoroughness, attention to detail, proactivity, communication skills, teamwork skills.
- Ability to plan one's work, prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
