What will your working day look like?
You will take care of the planning and implementation of employees' travel to/from work;
You will coordinate employee rotation schedules and rest time;
You will analyze and solve work organization problems in the project;
You will take care of and coordinate all accommodation issues;
You will plan and provide training for new team members;
You will assign employees to their designated facilities and ensure their smooth distribution;
Maintaining contact with customers will be one of your tasks.

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO:
Higher education (technical, engineering, management, business administration, project management);
Work experience in a similar company (advantage);
Ability to read, analyze projects and documentation;
English and Russian languages (good - written and spoken);
Very good computer skills;
Ability to work in a team, attentiveness, quick orientation, analytical skills;
Ability to solve emerging problems promptly remotely
