We are looking for an organized and responsible person who would coordinate employee business trips, travel, accommodation and other organizational issues while implementing industrial projects abroad and production in Klaipėda.
If you have good planning skills, like to organize processes, are able to work on several tasks at the same time and are fluent in English and Russian - we invite you to join us. Experience in a similar position would be an advantage, but we are ready to train a motivated candidate.

What will you do every day?
- I will organize employee business trips to foreign projects - you will buy plane, bus and other travel tickets, plan routes.
- I will search for and reserve accommodation, negotiate conditions with partners, agencies and homeowners.
- I will coordinate employee rotations and business trip schedules according to project needs.
- I will communicate with employees on a daily basis regarding travel, accommodation and other organizational issues.
- You will order training, courses, permits required for employees and coordinate the preparation of documents.
- I will administer expenses related to business trips and check invoices.
- I will coordinate accommodation, work clothes and travel organization issues for Klaipėda workshop employees.
- I will cooperate closely with project and work managers and promptly resolve daily organizational issues.
What do we expect from you:
- Good knowledge of English and Russian - both languages are used daily.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously and set priorities.
- Responsibility, initiative, diligence, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, logistics or travel organization would be an advantage, but not necessary - motivation and appropriate personal qualities are the most important.
