We are looking for a versatile and customer-focused Project Coordinator to join the Timber Cabins team for the Spanish market. This position goes beyond traditional customer service – you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and project coordination functions, acting as a key link between clients and internal company teams.
Nature of work
- Take responsibility for the customer's post-sales journey, ensuring that projects are implemented smoothly and on time.
- Act as the main project coordinator, managing communication between sales, production, logistics, construction and other departments.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of projects, ensuring clear and active communication.
- Monitor customer inquiries, complaints and technical issues, focusing on finding solutions.
- Manage and constantly update accurate project and customer data in the CRM system.
- Contribute to process improvement, identifying recurring problems and proposing creative solutions.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, effectively setting priorities and quickly adapting to changes.
- Manage and investigate claims related to order fulfillment, ensuring their prompt and fair resolution.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish – this will be your main working language;
- Very good knowledge of English (Knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage);
- Strong organizational and project management skills – ability to coordinate multiple projects from start to finish;
- Experience in project management and customer service; experience in debt administration or collection would be an advantage;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges;
- Creative and proactive approach to problem solving, focused on high customer satisfaction;
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills;
- Attention to detail, accuracy and responsibility;
- Good computer skills; experience working with CRM and accounting systems would be an advantage.

- Base salary (1500 € in hand / month) + performance-based bonus system
- Hybrid work format – Vilnius or Kaunas office or remote work
