Project Coordinator

🔸 You will sign contracts with employees.
🔸 You will inform employees about accommodation, accommodation changes, car issuance and replacements.
🔸 You will resolve current daily project implementation issues, employee problems.
🔸 You will communicate with project managers, management and employees, ensuring the smooth progress of project implementation.
🔸 You will provide reports, inform about problems and propose solutions for process improvement.

✅ Project coordinator experience is an advantage.
✅ Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
✅ Ability to communicate clearly in Lithuanian and English (Russian is a big advantage).
✅ Basic knowledge of Excel.
