About us
We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team and help ensure the smooth implementation of strategic business projects and effective cooperation between different teams and countries.
Nature of work:
- Coordination of business and ERP projects and monitoring their progress.
- Tracking project plans, deadlines, tasks and status.
- Collaboration with IT, finance, logistics, production and other teams.
- Participation in ERP implementation projects in Albania and Vietnam.
- Identification of risks, delays and obstacles and coordination of solutions.
- Organization of meetings, preparation of reports and presentations.
- Assisting the manager in carrying out daily project and organizational tasks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, logistics or similar field.
- Higher education (IT, business, economics, logistics or related field).
- Good skills in working with Excel and business systems.
- Knowledge of ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very good organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Independence, responsibility and result orientation.
