Project Coordinator

The growing UAB "Gireleų paukštynas" is looking for a responsible, proactive and organized Project Coordinator who would contribute to the implementation of the company's investment, construction, environmental and employee safety projects. We are looking for a team member who is able to effectively coordinate processes, ensure the progress of projects and the successful achievement of goals.

Organize and coordinate the implementation of construction, environmental protection and occupational safety and health projects.
Prepare project plans, work schedules, budgets and control their implementation.
Coordinate cooperation with contractors, designers, state institutions and other project participants.
Ensure compliance of projects with legal acts, environmental protection and occupational safety requirements. Organize the preparation and administration of necessary permits, approvals and documentation.
Monitor the progress of projects, deadlines, costs and quality indicators, identify risks and propose solutions for their management.
Prepare project reports, analyze results and submit proposals for improving activities. Participate in the processes of contractor selection and contract administration.
Coordinate investment projects related to infrastructure development, construction or modernization of production facilities.
Ensure effective communication between project participants and company departments.

University degree or higher in engineering, construction, environmental protection, energy, project management or other related field.
Additional knowledge or qualifications in occupational safety and health, construction project management or environmental protection are an advantage.
