BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Coordination of construction works and contractors at the site
Analysis of technical drawings and design documentation
Coordination of technical solutions with contractors and project participants
Planning and organization of construction processes
Information transfer and coordination with project managers and contractors
Supervision of work progress and deadlines
Registration of defects and coordination of their elimination
Communication with clients, tenants, contractors and other project participants
Filling in construction documentation - acts, journals, certificates and reports
Resolution of administrative and organizational issues related to the project

Education in construction, engineering or a related field or you are studying in your final year
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and design documentation
Good skills in working with AutoCAD
Basics of construction processes and work organization
Good communication and management skills
Ability to plan work, coordinate processes and resolve emerging situations
Responsibility, initiative and independence
Category B driver's license
