Nature of work:
- Coordination of departures, rotations and returns of employees going abroad to work;
- Organization of travel and accommodation;
- Cooperation with customers in coordinating the conditions of testing and arrival of employees;
- Constant communication with employees before departure and during business trips, providing information, assistance with daily issues and prompt problem solving;
- Administration of working time accounting: collecting timesheets, checking and submitting them to accounting;
- Preparation of invoices for clients based on the hours actually worked by employees;
- Data entry and administration in the BSS system and Excel.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in coordinating employees in foreign projects;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office package);
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly;
- Ability to effectively plan time and work on several tasks simultaneously.
