We are looking for a responsible and organized project coordinator who would contribute to the smooth administration of foreign projects, employee rotations, travel, accommodation, and daily communication with employees and clients.
Nature of work:
- Organization of employee travel, accommodation and logistics in foreign countries;
- Planning and coordination of employee rotations, rest time;
- Daily communication with employees, project managers and other team members;
- Communication with existing clients in foreign projects;
- Collection, systematization and prompt transfer of information to responsible persons;
- Preparation and administration of project-related documentation, reports and other administrative documents;
- Ordering training, courses, permits required for employees and ensuring that the documentation is prepared on time;
- Organization of employee registration in foreign countries;
- Administration of working time accounting: collection, verification and submission of timesheets to accounting;
- Preparation of invoices to clients based on the hours actually worked by employees;
- Resolving emerging organizational issues and problems;
- Ensuring resource planning and their effective use.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education and at least 1 year of similar work experience in coordinating projects, employee business trips, personnel logistics or foreign projects;
- You are fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are able to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, clients and team members;
- You are organized, responsible, and respond quickly to changing situations;
- You are distinguished by analytical thinking, the ability to solve problems and make decisions;
- You know how to manage a large flow of information and work in a dynamic environment.
