UAB "Globalita" is a growing and dynamic company, currently looking for a Project Coordinator who would be responsible for the smooth organization of employee business trips in international projects. The main focus of this position is on the coordination of employee travel and accommodation, cooperation with project managers and service providers, as well as ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Your main tasks:
Organizing the arrival of employees going to the project, booking travel tickets and accommodation, within the budget;
Close cooperation with project managers and persons and companies providing transportation and accommodation;
Timely submission of invoices to accounting;
Reporting to management;
Carrying out other tasks related to project coordination as assigned by the manager.

Fluent in English and Russian;
