What will your working day look like?
- You will take care of planning and implementing employees' travel to/from work;
- You will coordinate employee rotation schedules and rest time;
- You will analyze and solve work organization problems in the project;
- You will take care of and coordinate all accommodation issues;
- You will plan and provide training for new team members;
- Maintaining contact with customers will be one of your tasks.
What responsibilities await you?
- You will be responsible for successful project analysis, planning and coordination, idea generation and implementation;
- Team building, work delegation, employee rotation creation;
- Project management process work planning, execution, control;
- Constant communication with the company's customers, solving problem situations during project implementation;
- Execution and control of contractual obligations;
- Budget planning;
- You will maintain contact with customers in English and Russian.
