The young and dynamic team at Global Scaffolders is expanding and is inviting a new team member – a project coordinator. If you are positive, sociable, like a dynamic work environment and you value communication with people – this job may be just for you!
Tasks waiting for you:
You will administer and manage employee documents necessary for project work – so that everyone has everything they need.
You will organize trips – from tickets to housing keys – to ensure that colleagues leave and return smoothly.
You will look for housing rental options, coordinate the signing of contracts – so that the team has a place to return to after a day's work.
You will communicate closely with project managers and colleagues on projects on a daily basis – you will be a bridge between the office and the object.
You will solve everyday, and sometimes completely unexpected situations – a smile + a cool mind = your superpower.

What we expect from you:
Excellent English language skills (you will communicate with both colleagues and partners from abroad).
Negotiation skills – when you need to agree on a lease, terms or any “not entirely clear situation”.
Experience in a similar position – would definitely help (but your attitude is the most important thing!).
Quick orientation, willingness to learn and work in a team where everything happens at a fast pace.
Logical thinking, initiative and the ability to communicate clearly – both on the phone and in a letter.
Very good work planning and organization skills – Excel is often our best friend.
Willingness to grow, improve and learn new things – we are here for constant movement forward.
