Nature of work
- I coordinate the activities of employees working on foreign and Lithuanian projects and plan their rotations.
- I organize employee business trips - plan departures, returns, accommodation and other travel-related processes.
- I communicate with employees, clients and partners on a daily basis, promptly resolve any issues that arise and provide relevant information about the progress of projects.
- I administer project documentation, prepare and provide necessary information to clients and internal company departments.
- I coordinate the organization of employee documents, certificates, permits and training, ensuring that all requirements are met on time.
- I cooperate with personnel, finance and other company departments to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
We hope you
- Experience in project coordination, administration or similar work (experience in the construction, manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage).
- Able to independently plan work, set priorities and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Able to coordinate several processes simultaneously and maintain high quality of work.
- You are responsible, organized, meticulous and able to make decisions quickly.
- You have excellent communication skills and easily establish professional relationships with employees, clients and partners.
- You are fluent in English and Russian (knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage).
- You work well with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint); experience in working with business management systems would be an advantage.
- You are proactive, focused on results and continuous process improvement.
