In this position, you will work closely with employees, project managers and partners, coordinate daily organizational processes and contribute to the successful implementation of projects.

What are you going to do?
- Coordinate employee travel, business trips and rotations according to project needs.
- Organize accommodation in Lithuania and abroad, communicate with partners and suppliers.
- Ensure that employees have all necessary documents, training, permits and other organizational solutions in a timely manner.
- Cooperate with project managers, promptly resolve daily organizational issues.
- Administer expenses and documentation related to project organization.
- Contribute to process improvement and seek more effective work organization solutions.
We hope you:
- You are fluent in English and Russian – both languages are used daily.
- You are able to plan, organize and coordinate several processes at the same time.
- You are responsible, organized and result-oriented.
- You like to solve organizational issues, make decisions and take responsibility for the results of your work.
- Experience in project coordination, administration, logistics or personnel would be an advantage. However, the most important thing is the ability to plan, organize and ensure the smooth implementation of processes.
