Zenko International implements interior installation and renovation projects for cruise ships and other vessels throughout Europe, with project teams operating in different countries. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team, who will be an important link between the project staff and the project management team.

Primary responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee rotations and team changes in projects;
  • Organize employee travel to projects - tickets, transportation and accommodation;
  • Keep in touch with employees working on projects, answer their questions and help resolve situations arising during the project;
  • Ensure smooth communication between employees, the project management team and clients;
  • Administer documentation related to employee rotations and projects.

We hope you:

  • You have similar work experience in the field of personnel, administration or project coordination;
  • You have obtained a higher or higher education;
  • You speak and write well in Lithuanian and English, knowledge of Russian is a great advantage;
  • You like order, and in unexpected situations you look for solutions;
  • You are able to independently plan your work, set priorities;
  • You like to communicate with people, stay in touch and help solve emerging issues;
  • You work confidently with a computer and quickly understand new programs.

Salary

1500-1800 €/mon. net
The final salary will be discussed during the interview, taking into account the candidate's experience and competencies.
