Project Coordinator

UAB Sifab, a member of the group of companies, is a growing and dynamic company implementing projects throughout Europe, and is looking for a Project Coordinator to contribute to the smooth organization of international projects and coordination of daily processes.

In this position, you will be responsible for organizing travel and accommodation for employees going to projects, administering and submitting necessary documents to customers, and will also closely cooperate with project managers, employees and service providers.

Organization and coordination of travel, transport and accommodation of employees traveling to projects, in accordance with the established budget;

Organization of training, certificates, cards, permits and other documents required for the project and access to facilities and control of their validity;

Timely submission of declarations, forms and applications to foreign institutions, clients and other responsible institutions;

Collection, verification of employee documents, timely submission to clients and uploading to their databases and systems;

Close cooperation with project managers, employees, clients and suppliers, promptly resolving issues related to travel, accommodation, documents and access to facilities;

Administration of invoices for tickets, accommodation, transport and other related services and timely submission of them to accounting;

Preparing reports and summaries for management and performing other tasks related to project administration and coordination.

Able to work independently, plan your time, organize work and set priorities;
Fluent in English and Russian;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Able to promptly solve everyday organizational issues and make decisions independently;
Good computer skills and know how to use MS Office programs;
Responsible, attentive, meticulous and able to coordinate several tasks at the same time;
Able to flexibly adapt to changing situations and work in a dynamic, international environment;
Have similar work experience - we will consider this an advantage;
Have a category B driver's license.
