Project Coordinator

Let's create exceptional B2B furniture and acoustics projects together - we are looking for a project coordinator!

Acceptance, entry into the system and confirmation of orders from Scandinavian contract market customers;
Communication with customers in English by phone and e-mail, consulting them;
Smooth coordination of the entire ordering process - from receipt of the order to its transfer to the customer;
Organization, coordination and control of export and delivery processes;
Preparation and administration of invoices, orders and other necessary documents;
Quick and constructive resolution of emerging issues and problem situations;
Close cooperation with the production and supply department, ensuring smooth implementation of orders.

Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;

Good computer skills;

Ability to quickly orientate, learn and assimilate new information;

Ability to plan work, manage several tasks at the same time and solve emerging problems;

Sociability, independence, initiative and a responsible approach to work;

Work experience in sales, management or customer service - we would consider this an advantage.

Stable and responsible work in a growing company;

Working hours: Mon-Fri; 8:00-17:00

1650-2450 €/mon. gross
The final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, competencies, and expectations discussed during the job interview. An additional motivational system for achieved performance results is possible.
