Organization of employee travel to and from business trips: booking plane, bus and ferry tickets, coordination of transport;
Organization of employee accommodation: finding, booking and maintaining housing;
Drawing up and coordinating employee rotation plans;
Solving travel, accommodation and other organizational issues;
Timely transfer of information about travel, accommodation and work organization to employees;
Constant communication with employees, their consultation and assistance in solving everyday issues.

Have experience in project coordination or management;
Can communicate in English and Russian;
Able to quickly react to unforeseen situations, analyze problems and find appropriate solutions;
