Your main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for smooth daily staff planning and assignment to projects;
- Be responsible for close communication and information transfer to staff (in EN/RU);
- Communicate with clients on staff planning documentation issues;
- Prepare documents required for projects;
- Fill out violation reports;
- Planning staff housing and transportation;
- Prepare reports;
- Close cooperation with department colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
We hope you:
- Communicate in Russian and English (both languages are required);
- Have excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Able to quickly adapt to changing conditions and requirements;
- Respond quickly and are able to solve complex situations;
- Have excellent computer skills;
- Maintain excellent language culture when communicating;
- Have similar work experience.
Possibility to work in a hybrid way, combining work in the office in Mažeikiai with work from home.
