Idmava Group is a group of companies operating in the construction field for more than 20 years, combining design, construction, renovation and real estate development under one roof. Our uniqueness is our internal design office, which allows us to make decisions quickly and without intermediaries. We are rapidly expanding in the Samogitia and Vilnius regions and are building teams.
Due to rapid development, we are looking for a Project Coordinator who will work together with the Project Manager and learn from him, taking over some of the Project Manager's tasks, such as: collecting information from subcontractors, organizing construction processes and ensuring that each object moves according to schedule.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- You will collect and systematize information from subcontractors, project managers and contracting companies
- You will monitor the progress of work at the facilities according to the schedule and inform the project manager about changes or delays
- You will participate in communication with designers and coordinate solution inspections
- You will manage the actuation documentation and ensure that all necessary documents are prepared on time
- You will help organize the procedures of tendering, facility inspections, meetings and transfer
REQUIREMENTS:
- You understand the construction process and are familiar with construction project management
- You have experience in construction, engineering or a similar field (experience in renovations will be a big plus) - appropriate experience is also gained during study internships.
- You are fluent in digital tools and computer programs
- You know how to quickly get the hang of things, you are not categorical and you are willing to work in a team
- You have a meticulous approach to work and are able to manage technical documents carefully
- The most important thing is receptivity and willingness to learn!
