Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth arrival, departure and rotation processes;
- Be the main source of information for employees, provide information on trips and business trips, resolve household and organizational issues;
- Coordinate employee accommodation and the distribution, transfer, return and control of the company's car fleet;
- Prepare documents necessary for projects;
- Participate in the company's operations management processes.
What we expect:
- English and Russian language skills necessary for daily professional communication;
- Good skills in managing MS Office Excel, SharePoint and other information systems;
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment;
- Category B driver's license;
- Similar work experience (advantage).
We discuss rotation periods individually with selected candidates.
