We are currently expanding the TLT Mechanics Manufacturing Innovation team and are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the consistently growing number of manufacturing projects!

Salary:
Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h to 19 Eur/h (~2352 Eur – 3192 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
We are currently expanding the TLT Mechanics Manufacturing Innovation team and are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the consistently growing number of manufacturing projects!
In this position you will:
- Ensure the customer request for information (RFQ) process – prepare documents, create price comparison tables, communicate with suppliers and ensure deadlines are met,
- Coordinate the new product introduction (NPI) process – follow action plans, update statuses, identify deviations and escalate them, prepare protocols,
- Manage project documentation – prepare reports and maintain the document system,
- Coordinate internal project management processes – organize meetings, follow action lists and ensure smooth communication between the team and external partners,
- Contribute to process improvement – improve existing templates, propose new documentation solutions and look for ways to increase operational efficiency.
What we expect from you:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in coordination, administration or project management,
- Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and work in a dynamic environment,
- Higher education (in business management, engineering and similar fields),
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written),
- Good working skills with MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- High attention to detail and deadlines,
- Ability to work independently, responsibly and consistently without constant supervision.
We will consider it an advantage if:
- You worked in a manufacturing/engineering company,
- You have project management knowledge (you know and apply tools, methodologies),
- You are familiar with RFQ or NPI processes,
- You speak German or Polish.

Salary:
