Preparation and administration of technical and design documentation
Document registration, archiving and systematization
Completing construction project documentation (construction work logs, acts of completed work, certificates, reports, protocols)
Collection and analysis of data necessary to monitor the progress of the project
Preparation of letters and official correspondence
Assisting the project manager in starting and completing projects (ensuring receipt of necessary permits and documents before the start of construction work, submitting notifications about the start of construction and carrying out construction completion procedures in the IS "Infostatyba", preparing and submitting applications to the Center of Registers, coordinating construction registration processes)
Participation in project coordination processes (communication with designers, technical supervisors, customers and other project participants)

Higher university or non-university engineering education (can be a final year student)
Good computer skills (MS 365), AutoCAD is an advantage
Diligence, attention to detail and responsibility
Ability to plan time and work on several tasks at once
Quick orientation and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and in a team
