We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team, who will ensure smooth documentation management and help project managers effectively administer construction projects from inception to completion.
Nature of work
Preparation and administration of technical and project documentation
Document registration, archiving and systematization
Completion of construction project documentation (construction work logs, acts of completed work, certificates, reports, protocols)
Collection and analysis of data necessary to monitor the progress of the project
Preparation of letters and official correspondence
Assisting the project manager in starting and completing projects
Participation in project coordination processes

Employee requirements
Higher university or non-university engineering education (can be a final year student)
Good computer skills (MS 365), AutoCAD is an advantage
Diligence, attention to detail and responsibility
Ability to plan time and work on several tasks at once
Quick orientation and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and in a team
