The State Research Institute of Physical and Technological Sciences (FTMC) is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management Department team. If you are proactive, able to analyze information, organize processes - we are waiting for you. In this position, you will work with the preparation of project applications, monitoring R&D calls and providing methodological assistance to researchers.
Place of work - Saulėtekio al. 3, Vilnius.

Key features:
- Monitor and analyze legal acts, national and international programs related to scientific development and R&D trends;
- Analyze calls for project applications relevant to the Center, especially those organized by the Research Council of Lithuania, and provide relevant information to the Center's researchers;
- Participate in the preparation of project applications, their financial parts and project estimates;
- Consult researchers on issues related to R&D calls for proposals, project applications and report preparation, provide methodological assistance;
- Ensure timely preparation, administration and storage of work documentation.
Basic requirements:
- Higher university education;
- Knowledge of the principles of organizing project activities;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the science and studies system;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the activities of the Center, the preparation of documents and intellectual property legal relations, and the ability to apply them in practice;
- Ability to analyze, systematize and summarize information and draw conclusions;
- Ability to independently plan and organize work, make decisions, solve problems and work in a team.

The State Research Institute Physical and Technological Sciences Center (FTMC) is the largest research institution in Lithuania, carrying out unique research and technological development works in laser technologies, optoelectronics, nuclear physics, organic chemistry, bio and nanotechnology, electrochemical materials science, functional materials, electronics and in other fields of science. FTMC was established in 2010. 2010 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania March 17 by resolution no. 302 after reorganizing the Institutes of Chemistry, Physics and Semiconductor Physics in Vilnius and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in 2011. December 21 by resolution no. 1500 after reorganizing and connecting the Textile Institute in Kaunas.
