WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Organization and supervision of employee accommodation
- Planning of employee arrivals, departures and rotations
- Time accounting and employee planning
- Reception of employees at the facility, registration and organization of permits
- Resolving daily situations and communicating with local authorities
- Transport administration and logistics coordination
- Cooperation with the project manager, coordinators and internal teams

- Similar work experience (in the field of project coordination)
- Ability to independently plan and solve daily situations
- Attention to detail, responsibility, organization, independence
- Ability to work with an international team
- Computer literacy (MS Office) skills
- Driver's license
- German and English skills, Russian skills - an advantage
