Nordicon Group is a growing company looking for a responsible, organized, and communicative project coordinator to join our team and help with the smooth implementation of various company projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Project planning, coordination and administration work;
- Monitoring project progress, deadlines and tasks;
- Communicating with project employees;
- Collecting, systematizing and transferring information to team members;
- Organizing transportation, accommodation, travel;
- Promptly resolving emerging issues and transferring information to responsible persons;Assisting project managers in daily work;
- Optimizing project management costs;
- Performing other tasks related to project implementation.
We hope you:
- Have good organizational and time management skills;
- Are responsible, meticulous and able to plan your work independently;
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time;
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Are not afraid to take responsibility and look for solutions, not problems;
- Are good at working with computers and quickly understand new systems;
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage);
- Experience in project coordination or administration would be an advantage.
