Nature of work
- Administration of the project coordination process and ensuring its smooth progress;
- Registration, distribution and coordination of tasks related to project coordination;
- Monitoring the progress of processes, controlling deadlines and informing responsible employees about uncompleted actions;
- Cooperation with project managers, project developers and the Company's departments participating in the coordination;
- Transferring received comments to project developers and recording the final results of coordination;
- Organization of negotiations with land plot owners and other interested parties regarding the establishment of easements, and, if necessary, their independent implementation;
- Assistance in coordinating the conditions of easements, compensations and coordinating the process of concluding easement transactions;
- Administration of easement transaction documentation, preparation and coordination of necessary documents.
We hope that the future colleague
- Has a higher education in engineering, management, administration, real estate or another related field (can be a final year student);
- Has good communication, organizational and time management skills;
- Is able to work independently, take responsibility for results and coordinate several processes simultaneously;
- Is meticulous in preparing documents and managing information;
- Works well with a computer and is able to use document management systems.
