- Organization of departures and returns of employees going to foreign projects (travel, accommodation, work tools, documentation)
- Continuous communication with employees and clients.
- Operational resolution of non-standard situations and their coordination
- Monitoring of project financial indicators and ensuring efficiency (costs, account administration, service quality)
- Ensuring accurate and timely project data
- Coordinating smooth cooperation between different departments and improving processes
- Improving operational processes, increasing efficiency and implementing new solutions
- Strengthening the team, developing employees, evaluating and motivating performance
Employee requirements
- Experience in project coordination or management
- Able to effectively plan, organize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You are independent, but able to work smoothly in a team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Russian
