Nature of work 🚀
We are looking for someone who would become the main link between sales, manufacturer, logistics partners, installers and the customer.
Your responsibilities:
Take over projects from the sales team after signing the contract.
Form and submit orders to manufacturers.
Coordinate technical drawings, specifications and other project documentation.
Coordinate production, logistics and delivery processes.
Inform customers about the progress and deadlines of the project.
Organize installation work and coordinate installation dates.
Ensure that projects are implemented on time and with high quality.
Resolve non-standard situations and respond promptly to emerging issues.
Maintain contact with customers after project implementation and ensure the highest level of customer experience.

Good level of computer skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Experience in project coordination, customer service, logistics or construction would be an advantage.
