What will you do after joining us?
- Organize and coordinate the work of the Preparation Group, distribute tasks and set priorities.
- Plan the group's capabilities and ensure that the technical preparation of projects is completed within the agreed deadlines.
- Ensure the quality of the preparation of technical documentation, drawings, specifications, quantities and other information required for projects.
- Coordinate technical issues with project managers, site teams, technologists, procurement department, customers and contractors.
- Control the progress of project preparation, identify missing information and potential risks and ensure their resolution.
- Ensure the application of uniform work standards, systematization of documentation and adherence to good practices in the group.
- Train group employees, help solve more complex technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the project preparation process.
What do we expect?
- Technical/engineering education in construction, engineering systems, thermal engineering or similar field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in construction, industrial or engineering projects.
- Experience in project, work or team coordination.
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings, specifications and other project documentation.
- Ability to plan work, set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with AutoCAD or other CAD programs and MS Office software package.
- English language skills that allow you to work independently with technical documentation and communicate in projects.
Advantages:
- Management experience is an advantage.
- Experience in technical insulation, HVAC or industrial construction is an advantage.
