Nature of work
- Analyze tender and technical design documentation for construction objects.
- Calculate production and tender estimates, assess the needs of necessary resources.
- Collect, analyze and systematize technical information and standards on the actual costs of labor, materials and mechanisms in construction objects.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents through the CVP IS system.
- Clarify the needs of customers and refine information when preparing proposals.
Employee requirements
- Engineering education (preferably in road or railway engineering).
- Similar work and/or production experience in a road or railway construction company.
- Ability to work with estimating programs (Sistela, SES3, Astera or similar).
- Excellent skills in working with MS Excel (formulas, data management, table structuring).
