Project Planning Assistant

Lithuanian company MT Group is a leading EPC project contractor, designing and constructing critical energy and industrial infrastructure facilities in Lithuania and Europe since 2008. Design, management and construction of renewable energy, hydrogen and carbon capture facilities contribute to MT Group’s leadership in the market of sustainable engineering solutions.

The company is also one of the founders of one of the largest renewable energy projects in the world – Green Energy Park Global. This project intends to produce green hydrogen, which due to its competitive price and industrial capacity will help to implement decarbonization goals in the sectors most dependent on CO2, including transport and energy.

Our team is expanding and we are currently looking for Project Planning Engineers with experience in scheduling, supervision, project management, who would ensure effective project planning, control and scheduling, aiming for timely and high-quality implementation of construction or engineering projects.

· Create, update and maintain project execution schedules (using MS Project, Primavera P6 or other planning programs).
· Analyze project progress, work with project data and provide suggestions for optimizing deadlines and resources.
· Collaborate with project managers, work managers and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
· Identify critical paths, risks and delays, provide analysis and solution recommendations.
· Prepare planning reports, progress summaries and schedule comparisons.
· Participate in project meetings, presenting schedule status and planning decisions.
· Ensure that planning meets contractual obligations and client expectations.

· Higher or higher engineering education in construction, engineering, project management or similar fields.
· Experience working with project planning programs (MS Project, Primavera P6, Tilos, etc.).
· Analytical thinking, responsibility and the ability to work independently.
· Well-developed work organization and time planning skills.
· Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various project participants.
· Experience working with 3D and BIM models or in the construction sector would be considered an advantage.
