What will you do after joining us?
- You will perform tasks assigned by the project portfolio manager.
- You will coordinate assigned projects and ensure a smooth project management process.
- You will administer project documentation throughout the project - collect, systematize and analyze project data.
- You will coordinate documentation issues with clients and other stakeholders.
- You will prepare and send certificates of work performed and invoices.
- You will cooperate with project managers in preparing reports and documents for project submission.
- If necessary, you will assist project managers in performing project management-related tasks in accordance with the project management procedure in force in the company.
- You will contribute to the improvement of the project management system and increasing operational efficiency.
- You will provide suggestions and insights that help identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
What do we expect from you?
- Similar work experience in project coordination, administration or related field.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Flexibility and ability to find effective solutions in various situations.
- Good communication skills and ability to maintain smooth cooperation with colleagues and clients.
