WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Contribute to the preparation of project/s proposals, analyzing information and assessing risks, resources and finances
- Make a decision on participation in the project and, if necessary, engage in negotiations with the client
- Manage several large-scale long-term projects in Lithuania at the same time
- Plan and organize team work, form and grow teams
- Ensure deadlines, budgets, quality and OSH requirements
- Manage changes and information flows, solve emerging problems
- Communicate with clients and internal departments, resolving issues of the implemented project
- Prepare reports (schedules, budgets, risks, forecasts)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- More than 2 years of experience in managing and implementing electrical, low-voltage, security and fire alarm projects in Lithuania with the strongest construction companies
- Higher education (electrical engineering / electrical automation / communications)
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Ability to analyze drawings and technical documentation, assess project budgets, profitability
- Teamwork, prioritization, management of complex situations and decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively plan time and manage human and material resources
- Electrical, low-voltage, communications installation SSVA work manager certificate (advantage)
