WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:

  • Manage a project portfolio in the field of electrical engineering and low-voltage installation in construction and infrastructure projects
  • Make decisions on participation in projects and, if necessary, engage in negotiations with clients
  • Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, analyzing information and assessing risks, resources and finances
  • Lead and develop a team of project managers
  • Plan and organize team work, form and strengthen teams
  • Ensure smooth cooperation between internal departments of the company
  • Coordinate changes and information flows, solve emerging problems
  • Form the department's strategy and goals, ensure consistent growth of services provided
  • Prepare reports (schedules, budgets, risk assessments, forecasts)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:

  • More than 2 years of management experience in the management and implementation of electrical engineering, low-voltage, security and fire alarm projects in construction and infrastructure facilities in Lithuania
  • Engineering education (electrical engineering, electrical automation, communications)
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
  • Successful management experience in creating and developing the strategy and development of the unit
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and effective work planning skills,
  • Ability to allocate resources and solve complex, problematic situations
  • Good knowledge of English (written and oral)
  • Electrical engineering, low-voltage or communications installation SSVA work manager certificate (advantage)
